Some basics to know: The expected final height of females is the average of both parents less 2.5 " plus or minus an inch. You height is in that range. Women usually stop growing @ 16-17 when their growth centers close. After growth centers close (x-rays can confirm) no further height increase is possible. There are no exercises/diet/meds that can alter this when your growth centers close.
