I am 17.5 year old and my current height is 57.i have spent almost 4 years on video games and no other physical activity.my dad is 6 feet and mom is 54.can i grow taller like 510?

It is possible, but most teens achieve their adult height by age 19 years of age. Eat a healthy diet, exercise and sleep 8 hours per night. A Flu vaccination is recommended. Avoid excessive screen time.

Most males stop growing taller at 17 & expected height is their parental average plus 2.5 inches. The best aid for growth is an active lifestyle, proper rest & a healthy diet. If you want to know if you can grow more, an x-ray of the wrist/ hand can be analyzed for bone maturity. If the growth centers are closed, you are done
