TONGUE: There are a lot of unknowns here- medical history,( are you healthy or on medications for something) dental history-( have you had a lot of dental work) social history( tobacco/ alcohol usage), parafunction- (do you put things in your mouth , like pens) , as i said, a lot of unknowns, best bet is to call your dentist or oral surgeon tomorrow.

Leukoplakia call DDS: generally developed due to irritation from tobacco, rough teeth, fillings, or crowns rub against your tongue. Most patches improve on their own. However, a biopsy is always warranted. See your dentist for evaluation and treatment if needed.
