Leukoplakia isn't CA: But is pre-cancerous change. Increased in people who use chaw (oral tobacco), abuse mouthwash, certain other conditions. Other conditions can cause white plaques and patches in the mouth; biopsy helps to figure it out-usually done by oral surgeon or oral pathologist.

White patch: Please see a general dentist which may refer you to an oral surgeon. Instead of prediction , better get it diagnosed . An oral surgeon may take biopsy to rule out leukoplakia. Leukoplakia is a precancerous condition . All white lesion in mouth can not be leukoplakia . So see the dentist.
