Unlikely: White stuff is usually a white or colored plaque and uncommon in young, except if white plaque is from chronic mechanical irritation, immune deficiency or smoking among others. .Usually disappears after a few weeks but if persistent or hairy, may need a shave biopsy for pathologist or oncologist to assess if it is reactive tissue and rule out a neoplasm.
