Probably lymph nodes: If this is something that just recently showed up, the lumps are most likely lymph nodes if they are located along the inguinal fold/canal. Epidermal inclusion cysts are also common in the groin, but are usually hard, not soft, and infected cysts/furuncles are usually tender. See a Dr if they don't go away or start enlarging an/or multiplying.
