i am a 28 year old male i have a very painful lump under the skin between my left leg and groin causing pain when i walk and bend to sit or stand also?

There are quite a: few possible causes for the symptoms you describe. A painful lump should be evaluated and examined. Make an appointment to see a health care provider as soon as possible.

See your Dr!: It sounds like you may have an infection under your skin which should be evaluated by your Dr as soon as possible! Pain is like the "warning light" on a car, it's your body trying to warn you of a problem so get it checked out! :) Hope you feel better soon!
