Cyst, gland or node: Sore hard lumps are worrisome, especially those in the groin area as they can represent swollen lymph nodes. Lumps that move are less likely to be cancer. Cysts & glands can also get clogged, even infected. Apply warm compresses to (possible) infections (ice packs to injuries). If not better, go see your Family Doc for evaluation. If worse before then, go to nearest urgent care.
