Maybe lymph nodes: They may be lymph nodes which are common to find in the inguinal area. As long as they are tiny, less than an inch in size, not tender and move freely they are likely fine. If you have a surrounding area of infection they can respond to this by growing in size. Have your doctor examine you and confirm a diagnosis.

Likely lymph nodes: The body has small collection stations that filter the serum. areas. Those in the groin are often pea to peanut sized at rest, but enlarge if they are working to filter debris from bug bites, rashes, or other issues from their areas. If they are not painful and red,and go up and down in size over 3-4 weeks, they are normal. If one or several seem matted together, immobile, a doc should check them.
