Depends: It depends on your total calorie intake If your total calorie intake is 2100 calories Less than 1/3 should be from fat ( 700 calories) since there are 9 calories per gram of fat that would equal less than 80 grams of fat a day. Try to have less than 8 grams (10%) as saturated fats, and the rest as unsaturated fats, such as olive oil. and polyunsaturated fats.
