Some inflammation: There would likely not be obvious adverse effects- this amount is easily consumed by eating a large serving of french fries or onion rings. Trans fats cause inflammation & increase risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, alzheimer's, obesity etc., but the danger comes from consuming them on a regular basis. Having this much on rare occasions fortunately is unlikely to cause serious problems.
