No: If you are eating 15 grams per day of saturated fat, you are doing a great job of limiting this! it's probably good to have a little saturated fat in the diet, and that's what you have at 15 grams. The recommended daily allowance is 20 grams. Most people consume substantially more than this. Keep up the great work!
