I have a healthy weight, i eat healthy 6 day long but one day a week i order pizza and dessert and those pretty high in sugar and up to 60 gram of saturated fat and that is my cheat day, will it rise my cholesterol levels and risk diabetes?

Congratulations on established healthy eating habits. Be sure to get protein, calcium, leafy vegetables and grains. If you are also exercising every day (or every other day), it is likely that your diet can include pizza and a serving of dessert. Maintain a healthy weight and you will be doing very well to limit the risk of diabetes.
