Don't worry: That dose would not be considered a lot, so don't worry. However, I totally admire your concern and hope you can find a CBT therapist you can work well with to really address GAD and learn skills to minimize or end the need for medication. It's like having a coach at a gym. You'll be able to do things you always wanted to but didn't know how. Best!
