Not a good idea: If you are obese enough and able to basically starve yourself you may be able to lose 30 kg in 3 months. HOWEVER, I'm going to suggest that that would probably be a very bad idea. Losing weight more slowly, e.g. 0.5 to 1 kg per week, would be much better for your health and have a much higher probability of succeeding in keeping the weight off. Check with your doctor for more help with this.
