Calorie count: Calorie count and any aerobic exercise . Just make sure that both are consistently done. Remember loosing weight too fast is never good. So shoot for a medium to long term goal. Cut down on your daily calorie intake every day, limit protions that you eat. And aerobix exercise (jogging, tennis, soccer) anything for upto 3-5 times a week . Just remember it's all math.

Interval training: 20-30 kg sounds like a lot in just 2 months. You might try interval training (look it up on NPR.org.) The more you rush it, the harder it will be.
