Carpal Tun Syndrome: May be Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) due to compression of the median nerve in the "carpal tunnel" in the wrist--usually due to overuse of hand. Two websites suggest treatment options: Extension exercises (www.flextend.com); and palm protectors (www.gripflex.com). Both have products to sell, but you can follow their advice without the products. Combination results in very high success rate.
