Tingling sensation a: Depending on whether the symptoms are abrupt or chronic, the answers are different. It could be a cerebrovascular event such as a stroke, or a combination of problems, facial neuralgia with a cervical radiculopathy. It depends on your medical history. This may be emergent, and it should be worked up immediately by a neurologist.

It is important that people with fractured bones maintain frequesnt followup with the doctor during the healing phase to make sure that the bones are healing in an appropriate position and that healing is taking place normally. Also to make sure that the rest of the arm remain mobile.

Yes: You describe symptoms of radiculopathy which is when a nerve malfunctions due to some type of pressure on the nerve. You should see your family md for evaluation and they can do an MRI for evaluation. Of course, before surgery, you should try physical therapy and epidural steroid injections if possible.
