Numbness: In order to recommend treatment you need to establish a correct diagnosis. If there is true continuity of the numbness from the 5th digit of the hand to the leg i would think of a process involving the lower cervical (neck) spinal cord. There is also a possibility there are two different problems. I suggest you contact your physician for adequate diagnosis and treatment. Hope you get well soon.
