Probably all over: Really sorry for your loss. if your bleeding is light, you are not in pain, not feeling light headed or dizzy, are not anemic, know your blood type (not Rh neg.), have no fever ...your pregnancy is probably over and your abortion is complete. Expectancy is an option. Otherwise and if you are concerned, you may need a CBC, betaHCG level, blood typing, a pelvic sonogram and a gyn. evaluation /exam.
