May not be pregnant: The HCG diet shots will make a pregnancy test positive. If the bleeding occurred when your period was due its most likely a period. Go to a doctor and have them evaluate you. Depending upon the dose the HCG can stay in your blood stream for several days and give you a false positive pregnant test.
