Miscarriage ?'s: Although painless bleeding with some clots can occur with early miscarriages, pregnancy may still exist outside the uterus (ectopic), which needs immediate attention. Obtain a serum HCG test now, and if positive, see your gyn physician for an exam and possible further testing and treatment. If test is negative, your normal cycle will usually resume in a few weeks.
