Pregnancy test?: Did you check a pregnancy test to even see if you were pregnant? You could do one now. If this were a miscarriage it will still be positive and then you need to schedule a visit with your doctor for follow up. If it is negative then this was not a miscarriage and you likely just passed some extra endometrial tissue.
