Carbs: A diet low in carbohydrates, but high in protein, fruits and vegetables is the best. Avoid bread, sugar, commercially packaged meals, baked goods, pasta, pizza, white rice, corn and white potatoes. Try to consume at least 100 grams of protein per day. Ex: 4oz chicken is 30 grams. Planks are a marvelous exercise for strengthening abs. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
