Protein: You may need more protein in the form of lean meats, and possibly protein shakes, when working to build muscle. Also you need ongoing healthy vegetables -- leafy greens and more -- plus whole grains and fruits to keep your GI system regular. Plenty of water too. You may need specific help with exercises from a trainer who focuses on your specific goals.
