I applaud your: insight. I believe it is a good sign that you are aware of your counting calorie behavior and that it could be a sign that you are starting to obsess about calorie intake. Also very good that you have shared with your treating doctors. It would be difficult to lose weight without some awareness of calorie intake. Continue to observe and report if you recognize former eating disorder behaviors.
