Word Finding: One has to consider wether these symptoms are a side effect of your medications, particularly Remeron (mirtazapine). Adverse reactions to this medication include: abnormal thinking, confusion, somnolence. The symptoms you are having could also represent damage to the brain from a stroke. I suggest you not stop your medications as they need to be weaned, but see your doctor ASAP for an evaluation.
