My brain mri states "a few scattered nonspecific white matter foci are identified in the frontal regions." what does this mean? this mri was done in january 2015 and my most recent mri mentions this finding in similar words. is this brain damage?

It is a non-specific finding that needs to be interpreted within the clinical context. What symptoms are you having? Why is the test being done and repeated? You should probably see a neurologist to get examined and have your MRI tests reviewed. Best of luck to you!
