Liquid bandage: One of the best things to use to get small cuts like this to stop hurting immediately is a liquid bandage. There are several brands, one is called NuSkin. It stings when you put it on but it stops soon and then it seals them off and stops the pain. Make sure to was you skin with warm water and soap well before applying and make sure the skin is dried completely before applying.
