Laceration: Seek medical attention in an ER or urgent care. If after a cut bleeding doesn't stop within 20-30 minutes ,seek medical attention. You will possibly need a tetanus shot, stitches, and evaluation to insure there was no tendon or critical structure (joint bone) damage.
