Hydrogen peroxide is not bleach but prolonged exposure can bleach the skin. Excessive exposure is corrosive to skin. Breathing its vapors is also irritating to the respiratory tract. I suspect your exposure was to the lesser strength of hydrogen peroxide. Cracking and thinning of your hand skin should heal in time. You could consult a dermatologist or a wound specialist for evaluation and advice.
