A member asked:

Dr. mercola says that skipping breakfast can actually help you lose weight as you then burn off your fat cells. is this true?

Not necessarily: Everyone is different. Eating 6 equal healthy meals with lots of plant food not typical american processed breakfast food with dairy, wheat and sugar is an excellent way to lose weight, keep blood sugar stable and avoid inflammatory bacteria in the GI tract which can contribute to weight gain. Add a good night sleep, movement through the day and stress management and you have a recipe for health.
