What RU treating?: You have provided us no clinical diagnosis to support your current or continued use of hydrochloric acid and pepsin. The differential diagnosis of diarrhea is protean, so some simple testing may be in order depending on severity and duration.

Fluids: You want to replace the loss of fluids. An oral rehydration solution (ors) such as pedialyte provides the appropriate amount of electrolytes. If your child is vomiting a lot, you may give sips of the solution (5-10 ml) every 5-15 minutes. Do not give soda, juice, ginger ale. They are too sweet and will make the diarrhea worse. Avoid fatty and sweet foods as well.

No: If you have diarrhea from salmonella, you can take clear liquids and a bland diet until the diarrhea resolves. You should not take imodium, (loperamide) as it will hold the bacteria in with the stool and cause your body to take extra time to clear it out of your system. If you develop fever, abdominal pain or blood in the stool you should see a doctor right away.

Get u out of mood?: If you mean affect birth control pills-not really. Severe malabsorption to affect absorption of meds, including bcp, not common, but possible. No effect on barrier methods like condoms, diaphragm, foams, or others, like iud.
