I haven't had a runny nose for almost 2 years, and i often struggle to breath through my nose in certain postures. why? any relation to stress?

Not stress related: My first question is did you get a pet? Cold may also cause runny nose but this is seasonal. The runny nose is probably due to allergies and I see you are on Claritan which is usually for allergies. Stress is not a cause of runny nose.
