My son has been complaining of shortness of breath since yesterday. today he has a runny nose and his temperature as 35.4 this morning and despite some flu meds has gone up to 36.6 taken a few minutes ago. he is 10 years old?

Shortness of breath: COVID screening. He may have COVID 19 infection or another viral infection such as influenza. Watch for fever, chills, chest pain, and cough. Please have his pediatrician evaluate since he is having shortness of breath. Repeat temperature check. Provide fluids, rest and isolate until seen.
