Sinus issues: Your symptoms could be a lot of things ranging from a deviated nasal septum to nasal polyps to chronic sinusitis. Even poorly controlled allergies could cause this. Nasal and sinus symptoms often cause problems with the eustachian tube, which will give the ears a plugged up feeling because it doesn't ventilate the middle ear. The eustachian tube connects the middle ear with the back of the nose.
