Need lung function: At your age, lung function impairment would be a more likely cause than cardiovascular disease unless you have many risk factors for cv disease. Suggest that you get an exercise tolerance test if the basic lung function test is normal to find out. Anxiety with hyperventilation is yet another cause for sob under stress.
