Vitamins: I would not take these unless you are treating a documented deficiency of these vitamins by your doctor. Unless you have a true vitamin deficiency, they could be harmful or a waste of money.

Vitamins D & C: Please get lab tested by your doctor or a another licensed health care professional. One size does not fit all. 10K IUs is a lot of D3. Many take 5K but after lab testing. C lasts about 12 hours in the body so it needs to be taken in two doses, a.m. & p.m. for effectiveness no matter how much you take. Peace and good health.
