Probably not a worry: A cyst is a fluid or sebum filled nodule encased in a membrane. It can have characteristics which suggest that it is harmless or that it may be cancerous and need further workup. This comment means that it is probably harmless, but they cannot say with 100% certainty what it is exactly without doing another test. I would consult with your doctor to decide if additional testing is truly necessary.

No contrast: A ct scan can be done with IV contrast , oral contrast , both or no contrast. The contrast that goes through the blood stream causes certain areas of our body to enhance while other solid areas may not. Differentiating between a solid tumor or mass from a benign cyst or a malignant appearing cystic tumor can be clarified by what areas enhance with contrast and which do not. Your study had none.
