Had a ct enterography done to look for crohn's, and it showed subcentimeter lesions (likely cysts) on my liver and kidneys. concerning that these didn't show on a ct scan i had done a year and a half ago? or could they grow in that time?

Cysts: Possible they were not mentioned. You should ask your doctor to recheck the scan. Cysts of solid organs are not uncommon and usually benign. Following with an ultrasound in 6 months or so would be way to recheck.

Probably: a more "sensitive" CT scanner...unlikely that these cysts developed in that time period! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
