Cysts in the kidney: All of us will develop benign cysts in the kidneys with age. 2 cysts are of no concern. They may cause microscopic blood in the urine otherwise harmless. We usually repeat the Ultrasound annually for 2 years and if there's not much change in the size, number, and look (or complexity) of the cysts, then we repeat ultrasound every 2 years, that's all you need to do!

Had a CT enterography done to look for crohn's, and it showed subcentimeter lesions (likely cysts) on my liver and kidneys. Concerning that these didn't show on a CT scan I had done a year and a half ago? Or could they grow in that time?
