No: A little bit of fluid is not worrisome. I would suggest you meet with your gynecologist though.

Normal: The top of the uterus is variable in position within the pelvis. Just because it is mentioned does not mean there is a problem with it. The radiologist may just have commented to give a "heads up" to anyone performing a pelvic exam. A small amount of fluid in the pelvis is very commonly seen in women of childbearing age and is considered a normal physiologic finding.
