Pelvic ct reports says "atrophic vs surgically absent uterus."i had total hysterectomy 10yrs ago.rn says "this implies radiologist didn't see uterus".considering the def of atrophy does that make sense or do i need to keep fighting for image re-read?

There is nothing to "keep fighting for". Accept the interpretation and advice of the RN. Your uterus is gone. It is conceivable that a severely atrophic uterus would be so small it could not be seen, and the radiologist was just being careful to cover that possibility in case you had not had the hysterectomy.
