Test: Ct usually isn't a part of an infertility evaluation and normal pelvic findings on a ct doesn't mean there isn't an ovarian tubal or uterine issue with trying to achieve pregnancy. Hsg is a better radiologic test for assessing the uterus and fallopian tubes for infertility purposes. Ovulation eval requires lab rather than imaging although follicle development can be followed with ultrasound.

Ultrasound: Ultrasound and MRI scans of the pelvis are more accurate in the evaluation of the uterus and ovaries than is ct scan. Hysterosalpingogram is an imaging test to check if the fallopian tubes are blocked, none of these tests will check the fertility of your partner, however.
