The ct scan results came back and it says somewhat uterine cervix is prominent and mild free fluid in pelvis likely physiologic. what does that mean?

Lkely nothing: Most women has some small amount of free fluid in the pelvis and this is normal (physiologic). A prominent cervix on imaging usually means nothing, it is more visible on the imaging study than normal. If there is a problem with your cervix you doctor will make a clinical diagnosis.
