My ct of pelvis said i have a enlarged uterus which measures 9x22 and contains multiple calcifications. although this most likely indicates and enlarged fibroid uterus, given the atypical appearance uterine carcinoma cannot be excluded. is this bad?

This is a typical reading from any radiologist for avoiding malpractice liability. At your age you should not worry much, just follow with your GYN doctor for the advice.
