Very concerning: Ascites is always very concerning. Enlarged lymph nodes and ascites can be caused by infections but, of course, cancer is also a possibility. You definitely need to follow up with your doctor to find the diagnosis and begin treatment. Hopefully it will be something that is easily treated and very curable. Best wishes.
