You have to: Be committed to yourself and inspired to reach your goal, otherwise no specific plans will help. You need to exercise daily , drink plenty of water instead of colas or juice , be mindful of the calories/ carbs and what you eat. More proteins if no kidney problems. Eat smaller portions and use smaller plates, bowls and cups! losing weight too quickly will only give a yoyo effect. Slow is better.
