Eat well & exercise: The best way to lose weight is by gradually making changes in your diet and adding daily exercise into your routine - at least 30 min of vigorous activity every day. You can easily decrease the amount you eat by limiting your portions. Use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate for meals. This tricks the body into feeling more satisfied with less food. Always drink lots of water too.
