Do you cook or eat in college cafeteria? You need 1-1.5 gm protein per kg. I cup milk or yoghurt each contain approximately 8 gm. Noodles one pack has 10gm (Taiwan’s A-SHA) if you are drinking 3 glasses of milk(1.5cup) , 2 cups of yoghurt and 2 packets of noodles, you will get >60 gm of protein, add olive oil 30 Ml or 2 tablespoons for cooking & Fruits, vegetables, lentils, beans.
